Refund Policy
At EZAE.in, we strive to create quality software and services that you enjoy using. A trial of 14 days is available for the users to evaluate the product.
In case the customer wants to downgrade the plan the refund will be credited as wallet amount in the application , these wallet balance can be used to for any later purchases.
There is no refund back to the customers currently.
Please note that no refunds will be given on the monthly subscription fee once charged. If you choose to cancel your subscription during the course of the month, you will not be charged for the following month.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription to our services at any time. To cancel your subscription, please log in to your account and follow the prompts to cancel, or contact our customer support team for assistance.
Upon cancellation, your account will be deactivated, and you will no longer be billed for future months. However, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your account until the end of the current billing cycle.
Please note that cancellation of the subscription is effective the following billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods.
